Cómo evaluar el pensamiento critico en estudiantes universitarios.

Sabemos que el pensamiento crítico es una de las competencias básicas que debe lograr todo estudiante universitario,asi consta en el Tuning Europeo y el Tunig Latinoamericano y en los nuevos Curriculos de las Universidades,sin embargo no se le da la debida importancia y todavía aplicacmos estrategias tradicionales, no hay motivación en los estudiantes para alcanzar estas competencias,otos consideran que la critica es dañina,pocas son las investigaciones en este campo y escasos los instrumentos para evaluar estas competencias.por lo que nos preguntamos qué es lo que puede motivar a los estudiantes para lograr estas competencias,qué estrategias podemos aplicar, cómo evaluarlas.Creen Uds qué debe existir un Programa exclusivo para enseñar estas competencias, o debe ser aplicada en todas las asignaturas. Si entendemos que el pensamiento crítico consiste tanto en relacionar ese mundo que los discursos presentan, observar su adecuación, como en verificar la pertinencia de sus fundamentos y su propuesta ideológica, pensar críticamente es una competencia que debe ser desarrollada en todas las materias pero debe haber también un espacio particular en el que se nos enseñen los primeros pasos de esa práctica.
