¿Cómo trabajar la transversalidad de areas curriculares en el trabajo pedagógico del nivel secundario?

La transversalidad de contenidos entre áreas curriculares es un tema que muy pocos docentes del nivel secundario dominan e insertan en sus programaciones, y mucho menos contextualizados a través de las TIC, siendo un logro muy importante el que enseñemos al docente a hacerlo. Pero aquí surge la interrogante ¿Cómo hacerlo?
Contribuye con este foro y escribe como hacer una trasnversalidada en todas las áreas con contenidos o actividades de Comunicación y Matemáticas.

Hola amigos reciban un saludo cordial desde el edo. de Dgo. de acuerdo a los comentarios que estoy leyendo respectoa la transversalidad entiendo que es la correlación de contenidos de diferentes asignaturas pero mi duda es tenemos que conocer los planes y programas de estudio de cada asignatura para poder correlacionarlos? o por ejemplo en Historia se ve el contenido de la conquista española se relaciona con matemáticas en gráficas datos sobre la catastrofe demográfica, en español extrayendo ideas principales,en Arte festividades españolas, Química tipo de alimentos que introdujeron los españoles etc., etc. así podría ser la transversalidad? o estoy equivocada?

¿Es correcto hablar de objeto de la educación?. ¿O de los propositos-pertinentes- de la educación hoy?

¿se debe seguir centrando el esfuerzo en los contenidos, su selección. y ordenamiento por asignaturas, integrandolos, trasversalizandolos, trabajando de manera: multi,pluri.coo,inter o transdisciplinar? ¿o en el nuevo tipo de sujeto social-autor actor de la nueva actividad social por construir (la democracia participativa) hacial el cual hay que ayudar a formar y en ello con qué tipo de contenidos asumidos como mediadores formativos impulsar ese trabajo formativo?

Si uno no no utiliza la transversalidad vive dentro de un frasco (y ni siquiera allí). ¿Qué puede estar aislado de manera que no tenga ninguna transversalidad a otras disciplinas?... Y si así fuese, ¿no tendría un opuesto o complementario que si la tuviese?. ¡Hasta las definiciones en los diccionarios hacen referencias transversales! Con las TICs podemos ayudarnos a relacionar conceptos y prácticas, pero sin ellas también se puede, y no tendremos un mundo mejor: podremos ver el mundo y lo entenderemos un poco más.

Desde el punto de vista pedagógico, la transversalidad en las áreas, a mi modo de ver, deberia ser obligado para el curriculo académico. Pienso que se debe dar en los cuatro niveles: preescolar, ba´sica, secundaria y media. Los contenidos no se deben manejar aislados. Si miramos los diferentes contextos nada funciona aislado: todo es integrado, un conocimiento matemático se requiere en infinidad de situaciones. Por lo tanto, metodologicamente los docentes deberiamos apuntar a esta integralidad. Me llama la atención como en preescolar (por lo menos en Colombia) se desarrolla un curriculo a través de dimensiones del desarrollo humano: Cognitivo, Comunicativo, Estetica, Espiritual, Corporal...en estas dimensiones se integran contenidos que permiten al niñ@ alcanzar logros. Al pasar a primaria, como nuestro curriculo esta divido en disciplinas del conocimiento, apesar de que se reglamente, se establezcan competencias a alcanzar, y en trabajo coletctivo de las instituciones (planes de área...planes de aula), cada docente, termina manejando desde su perspectiva, su catedra. Hasta ahora, en Colombia se ha "legislado" para que se de esa transversalidad a partir de los proyectos pedagógicos. Es decir, los planes de area deben integrar tematicas y estrategias de estos proyectos. A mutuo propio estoy convencida que se debería manejar como en preescolar: Planear y programar para en módulos "Dimensiones del ser": aquellas que agrupen las cognitivas, las corporales, las espirituales..Etc. Esta propuesta exige toda una reinenieria del modelo educativo, empezando por la logistica de los colegios, el potencial humano, la fomración docente... Finalizo diciendo: en la medida que nuestra visión de docente apunte al ser integral de nuestros estudiantes y no sólo lo piense, sino que lo aplique , en esa medida tendremos adultos que respeten la vida, el entorono y lo más importante, asi mismo. Tendremos un mundo mejor.
